Miriam, a family of Neapolitan origin, 20 years old and two big black eyes, dreams of being a volleyball player; Kevin, 17 years old, declares himself to be from Palermo although he was born in Niguarda and has the sole dream of becoming a footballer. For those who, like them, grew up in public housing in a difficult suburb, a future of fame and wealth is the only way to leave with their heads held high. At the end of the summer, Kevin's mother is evicted and the boy is forced to leave the neighbourhood. Autumn opens the door to a new chapter. Kevin is focused on realising his goal of success in football and financial independence. Miriam with an inner journey tries to overcome her blockage, the anxiety that makes it impossible for her to leave the neighbourhood without Kevin. The detachment is thus the beginning of a journey towards adulthood, which only by breaking balances and certainties has any hope of being shared.
