Andrea Gori

Andrea Gori is graduated at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, Production course, and at the University of Bologna in Cinema, Television and New Media. He has worked for different production companies such as Fandango, Titanus, Settembrini, Verdoro, Solaria and Moodfilm and, after that, in 2013, he has founded Lumen Films srl and he has produced, among the others, the short movies “Mostri” and “Acquario” and the documentary “Bajkonur, Terra”. Now he’s the CEO of Lumen Films and from the 2015 he also teaches Executive Production at the Ce.S.f.Or. in Rome.

Aurora Alma Bartiromo

In the 2015 Aurora Alma Bartiromo gets her degree in Artistic Organisation for Business at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, then she enters the Production course at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. She works in different fields of the cinematographic production starting from the development, passing from the set life, to end with the movie’s launch. She’s the Delegate Producer for Lumen Films.

Maurizio Milo

In the 2005 Maurizio Milo gets his degree in Progeas and a Master for Events Organisation at the University of Florence. The he enters the Production course at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia of Rome. In the 2013 he organises the movie “La terra dei santi”. After that it’s the turn of “Cloro” directed by Lamberto Sanfelice (Sundance and Berlinale selection), “Pecore in erba” directed by Alberto Caviglia, “Ovunque proteggimi” directed by Bonifacio Angius and “L’ospite” directed by Duccio Chiarini. He’s an Executive Producer for Lumen Films.

Angelica Mureddu

Bachelor’s Degree in Performing Arts and Sciences. Master’s degree in Theory and Technique of cinematographic language at Sapienza in Rome; Specialization in Producing at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles and Work experience at the Centro Sperimentale Di Cinematografia in Rome. Qualified in ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CINEMATOGRAPHIC, TELEVISION AND AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTIONS. At Lumen Films she is in charge of festival coordination and distribution.

Andrea Paolo Massara

Son of Italian emigrants, he lived his childhood in Switzerland and adolescence in Calabria. Graduated in screenwriting at the Experimental Center of Cinematography, he is the author of fictional films and documentaries: Non è un Paese per Giovani, directed by Giovanni Veronesi; L’Attesa by Piero Messina, starring the Oscar-winning Juliette Binoche and in competition at the 72nd Venice Film Festival; All my nights, film noir first work by Manfredi Lucibello. For the documentary he wrote Because of my body, directed by Francesco Cannavà, and The Rossellinis by Alessandro Rossellini, the closing event of the Critics’ Week.

Since 2020 he is the delegate producer of Lumen for the creative and editorial aspects.

Lara Gori

Graduated in 2010 in secretariat and business administration, and began working in the field administrative in various sectors.
He has been part of the Lumen Films company since 2016 and deals with the administrative and management sector of the film production.
Since 2019 he has been the administrative manager of Lumen Films s.r.l
